ADAPTERS

Adapters and transformers are available on request at the Reception (9). The voltage in your room is 220 V with a frequency of 50 Hz.

AIR CONDITIONED

You can adjust the temperature of the air conditioning according to your wishes with the control box located at the entrance of your room.

ALLERGIES

According to your food intolerances, do not hesitate to inform us so that we can adapt and personalize your breakfast and room service.

BABY COT

A bed for a child under the age of three is available at no extra charge. It can be prepared prior to your arrival if you have requested it at the time of your reservation, or on request at the reception desk (9).

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room located on level 1 from 7am to 10am.

CHAMPAGNE

If you wish a bottle of Champagne in your room, a choice of several vintages is proposed to you on request, to the Reception (9)

COFFEE AND TEA

Each room has a coffee machine, with coffee and tea at your disposal.

CONCIERGERIE

If you wish to make suggestions and reservations for restaurants, museums, or tourist attractions, you can make a request to the Reception (9).

CHILDREN

Room facilities are available on request, when you make your reservation or on simple request to the Reception (9).
A bed for a child under 2 years old is at your disposal.

CHECK-OUT

If you wish to leave your room after the usual noon hour, you can ask the reception desk which will do its best to allow you a late departure according to the availability of your room.

DISABILITIES

All common areas are accessible by elevator. Our staff has been trained and sensitized on the reception of people with disabilities.

DOCUMENT PRINTING

If you wish to print any documents, you can send them to the following address: info@midnighthotelparis.com
Your printed documents will be kept at your disposal either at the reception desk or delivered directly in an envelope to your room according to your request (9).

DEGRADATIONS

The exclusive decoration of your room has been given special care in every detail. Do not hesitate to ask the reception if you wish to know more about the pieces and fabrics that adorn your room: each one has its own history. Also, if by accident some of them were to be altered, the hotel Midnight would be obliged to pass on this damage to your bill.
 
DO NOT DISTURB

Your room is in the care of a chambermaid. By hanging up the "do not disturb" sign, you are indicating that she is not to interfere. If you wish to have your room prepared at a particular time, please contact the Reception (9).
You can also ask the reception for additional supplies: towels, pillows hangers, and welcome products.

FLOWERS

If you wish to send flowers or have the pleasure to receive them, the Reception (9) is at your disposal for any sending or receiving of bouquet and vase.

FIRE SECURITY

Please read the safety and fire instructions posted in your room and in the corridors upon your arrival. It is suggested that you find out which emergency exit is closest to your room.

HOUSEKEEPING

Your room is under the care of a maid. At your request, she can take care of the blanket service at the end of the day. By hanging up the "do not disturb" sign, you indicate that she is not to interfere. If you wish to have your room prepared at a specific time, please contact the Reception (9).

You can also ask the reception for additional supplies: towels, feather pillows, hangers, and welcome products.

HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING 

You can adjust the temperature of your room to your liking from the climate control panel located at the entrance of your room. The heating or cooling mode is automatic and depends on the season and outside temperatures.

HAIRDRESSER

The Reception can arrange an appointment with a hairdresser in your room at your convenience (9).
 
HAIRDRYER

A hairdryer is at your disposal in the closet of your room.

IRON AND TABLE

If you would like to use an iron and ironing board, we have these available at reception. If you have any queries, please call 9.

KEY-CARD

If you are sharing a room, you can ask the Reception to give each occupant their own key. In addition to accessing your room, this key also activates the power supply. It is to be inserted in the switch located at the entrance, and removed from the switch when you leave the room.

LINEN

To protect the environment and for longer stays, bed linen is changed every 4 days or on request.
 
LUGGAGE

Your luggage can be picked up from your room upon your departure: simply contact the Reception (9).
You can also leave your luggage with us for an early arrival or a late departure. Do not hesitate to contact the Reception.

LOST AND FOUND

If you think you have misplaced a personal item in the hotel, please contact the front desk.
Also, if you have forgotten any of the following items for your trip: razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, please contact the reception (9).

MEDICIAL DOCTOR

If you need a medical consultation urgently, you can contact the reception (9). Our teams can also pick up your prescriptions from the pharmacy. For superficial injuries, bandages and antiseptics are available at the reception desk.

MAIL AND PARCELS

Tall mail and packages received for you are kept at the reception and will be given to you upon your arrival or return. According to your prior request, they can also be brought to your room (9).

NON-SMOKING

All the interior parts of the hote are non-smoking, whether in the rooms or the lobby. We ask you to respect this rule for the comfort of all. In case of non respect of this rule, the smoke detectors are activated and cause a fire alarm. In addition, in the event that tobacco odors are detected in your room, Midnight Hotel will be obliged to have your room cleaned and deodorized by an outside company, which will be billed to you for a fixed amount of 350.00€.

The glass bottle of water is filled with filtered water, refillable on demand. If you wish to keep the bottle as a souvenir, please inform the reception and it will be charged to your room (9).
